Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Role overview:

• Lead workshops and client interactions, including training
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients and colleagues from all levels of an organisation
• Always up to date with latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, data model, Ampscript) and core Salesforce.com knowledge
• Clearly articulate and document clients’ business and technical requirements into technical specifications document with effort estimates
• Design and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on approved technical specifications document
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (FTP, Salesforce, API)
• Prioritisation and management of several activities simultaneously

Key technical skills that would be beneficial for this role:

• Consultant background ESSENTIAL
• Marketing cloud knowledge and experience ESSENTIAL
• Sales cloud knowledge and experience
• Netzero knowledge and experience as they are a Netzero business
