TaskRay is the leader in customer onboarding in the Salesforce ecosystem. We help companies manage their onboarding and implementation processes, drive greater efficiencies, and create unmatched customer experiences - all within Salesforce.

Culture is important to us. You must value the following as much as we do:

Connection. We deliver exceptional experiences. We build enduring relationships both internally and externally by listening, anticipating needs, doing what is right, and always going above and beyond.

Craftsmanship. We are lifelong learners. We approach our work with curiosity and an open mind. We constantly look for ways to improve our products and ourselves, never settling for good enough.

Energy. We rise by lifting others. We love what we do and bring our best selves to work each day. We are open to possibilities and seek to share this optimism with everyone we encounter.

Grit. We run towards challenges. If something seems unsolvable, it unleashes our persistence, our creativity, and our ability to move through uncertainty to create a solution.

The Role

The Product Marketing Manager will help drive awareness and adoption of TaskRay products. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, be a go-to expert on our products, market, and competitors, and plan and execute GTM activities. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to establish positioning and messaging, build product adoption strategies, develop product collateral and thought leadership content, partner on sales enablement activities, and much more.

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our market through research and analyst interactions, translating this knowledge into recommendations for marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, sales strategies, and company initiatives
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally with Product Management and Engineering teams in the prioritization, design and development of products and experiences
  • Create and maintain awareness of competing companies and offers in our markets and how we stack up
  • Help develop and maintain ICP, buyer and user personas, positioning, and product messaging
  • Create thought leadership and product-focused materials aligned with the sales process and personas to help the market understand the potential impact our products can have on their business (i.e. blog posts, web copy, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Communicate the vision and value of products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the sales process (i.e. internal training, datasheets, playbooks, slides)
  • Help plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and releases
  • Partner with Product Management and Customer Success on user research activities, onboarding support, and product adoption and upsell campaigns
  • Work with our customers and customer-facing teams to cultivate success stories that can be translated into customer-facing collateral
  • Analyze related metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to strategy and execution
  • Manage use case repository and accompanying materials to support the sales process including documentation, configurations, and demos
  • Develop and maintain highly collaborative cross-functional relationships to successfully lead cross-functional initiatives
