Ciberspring | Account Executive, Pharma - Salesforce Practice

The Role

Our Account Executive will partner with Salesforce Account Executive and RVP’s to sell innovative solutions directly to customers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences vertical.

We’re seeking an ambitious hunter to join our rapidly growing HLS Salesforce Practice. In this position you will represent Ciberspring to the Pharma sub-vertical within the Salesforce channel. You will be responsible for building relationships with a core set of Salesforce account executives within the vertical, their RVP’s, as well as a specified group of co-prime account executives (Marketing, Analytics etc.).

You will play a pivotal role in helping to define our service offering for this vertical, and be responsible for articulating Cibersprings point of view and value proposition to your target audience at Salesforce.

A day in the life for this role includes: building relationships with your defined audience at Salesforce, translating those relationships into new opportunities, leading initial discovery sessions with Salesforce Account Executives and Prospects, engaging and supporting Ciberspring Sales Engineer during the discovery and scoping process and negotiating contracts.

As you are successful in this role, your responsibilities will include managing your book of clients from an account management perspective which entails supporting our project managers and delivery team in processing change orders, positioning managed support services and ongoing phases.

This position involves travel; willingness to do so is a must.

Position Overview

Channel Sales

  • You will be expected to close $1.2M in services business for Ciberspring
  • Support development and ongoing enhancements to the vertical GTM Planning and sales assets needed
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with Salesforce Account Executives within your assigned territory
    • This includes initial introductions
    • Presenting the Ciberspring value proposition
    • Supporting the sales process when brought into opportunities
    • Providing updates on existing customers
    • Assisting to upsell new product and expand ACV within customer base
    • Hosting events for both Salesforce AE’s and Prospects
  • Creating and working with Salesforce Practice Leadership to lead sales efforts, inclusive of managing; approach documents, statements of works, RFP’s and contracts
  • Serving as an account manager to current and future accounts, including:
    • Managing overall relationship with key stakeholders
    • Serving as a point of escalation
    • Working with Ciberspring delivery team to ensure projects are within scope and on budget

Desired Experience

  • 3+ year’s experience selling consulting services is preferred
  • 3+ years experience in the Salesforce eco-system is preferred
  • Experience working or selling to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ quotas
