Account Executive - Salesforce CRM Solutions


Role

  • We are currently looking for a driven Account Executive to align with our Sales Team
  • You will have knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience
  • You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • You will initiate, negotiate and close new contracts with customers
  • You will communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
  • Provide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns
  • You will serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas


Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in driving large deals (£100k-500k ACV) and preferably from a SaaS background
  • Strong preference for Service Cloud sales experience
  • Proven commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level
  • Hunting profile to open net new Accounts
  • A proven sales hunter and closer (who is Fluent in English and another language is a plus)
  • Able to own a sales process from the beginning to the end, autonomy is required
  • Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building demand and your business from the ground up
  • Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach
