Job Description

The Partner Account Manager's role is to develop global cross-functional partnerships across sales, marketing, and delivery teams with key consulting partners and own the relationship, strategy, and execution. This role helps to accelerate the partner development process, establishing programs and joint go-to-market efforts that generate referrals. This highly collaborative role will work alongside our sales, marketing, and team to act as the key point of contact for partners, marshaling Prodly’s sales and technical resources to help partners select, adopt, and recommend our solutions. The Alliances team is instrumental to the growth at Prodly and this role is critical to this byachieving alignment with our most strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • You will own the tactical relationship for our top 5-10 strategic consulting partners and will show positive growth in all partnerships within the first 120 days
  • You will identify opportunities where we can engage & plan co-sell engagements between Prodly reps and partner sales reps
  • You will be inquisitive on each call to uncover opportunities to deepen our partnerships and drive referrals/more co-sells
  • You will create more strategic opportunities for Prodly to participate and increase strategic alignment between partner organizations & partner owners at Prodly
  • You will connect the dots between Prodly sales and our partner sales teams to ensure the Prodly sales team is solution selling with our partners and delivering an awesome customer experience
  • You will work closely with Marketing and Product teams to establish and execute our strategic partner go to market efforts focusing both on repeatable and unique programs

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in Alliances / Partnerships at a Technology Company
