Job Description

Our Sales Team is looking for an ambitious, technically minded, and solution oriented Sales Manager to join our growing London team. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be part of a successful and growing team, managing relationships at all levels across prospects, customers and Salesforce, as well as internal stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of scoping business & technology solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes, and will be comfortable holding your own in C- and Director level discussions with clients.

You will be able to demonstrate your commercial awareness of the Salesforce ecosystem and a range of industries. You will be self motivated, determined and confident at making decisions, and will have plenty of opportunity to grow and increase responsibility.

Our deal sizes can range from £20K-£500k+, with a sales cycle of anywhere from one week to 6 months, so an ability to manage multiple opportunities successfully is also very important to the role. Typically, opportunities will be generated through the relationships you build with key members in the Salesforce industry and through Pracedo lead generation, which includes our in house marketing and partner relationship teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce executives to drive joint revenue, and keep Pracedo top of mind as partner of choice
  • Work individually as a self-starter, with plenty of motivation. As well as with the wider team to support customers and project
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, and has the ability to take the lead role on enterprise-level sales opportunities and client projects, with support from a senior team member as required
  • Lead and Facilitate meetings and conduct brainstorming sessions, using consensus-building skills to interact with executive level project sponsors
  • Align with and represent Pracedo values, and act as a brand ambassador to Salesforce, prospects, customers and partners
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow up and management throughout the entire pipeline process.

Basic Requirements:

  • Proven experience of solution selling in cloud, software or consulting, ideally within the Salesforce space
  • An active network of engagement and relationships within the Salesforce Ecosystem is highly advantageous
  • If not from a Salesforce background, willing to self-learn through Trailhead and upskill quickly in order to become an SME on core Salesforce products
  • Proven ability to exceed targets and deadlines
  • Working knowledge across the range of Salesforce Clouds, the software development process and of software design methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work and present large scale and complex systems to Enterprise key accounts
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong hunting and closing mentality, meaning that you get your energy and are most motivated by hitting targets and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales and delivery team
  • Consultative sales professional - becoming a trusted advisor for your customers
  • Willingness to travel Nationally and Internationally

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar discipline desirable
  • Thought leader in Salesforce and Cloud Technology
