About our client..
We are working with a global Media organisation, with offices based in the UK, Australia and New York. They work with reputable house hold name, offering them innovative ideas to drive their business further. They are in the first phases of migrating all legacy systems into one main Salesforce org, therefor their internal systems can hold as much success as their brand name.
About the position..
As Lead Administrator you will have to be completely business facing as well as configuring the platform. You will be responsible for moving Salesforce in the right direction, utilising the products and tools available, and increasing adoption. This will give you the opportunity to manage a team of BA's and Admins and eventually move into a Product Owner role.
Key requirements / skills / qualifications..

Experience with Process Builder and Flow.

Experience with Stakeholder management.

Experience conducting workshops and writing user stories.

3+ years experience in the Salesforce eco-system.

Experience with Core Salesforce products.

Experience managing or supporting a Junior/managing a team (desirable).
