The Role

This Senior Salesforce Administrator role will be the perfect fit for you if are keen to bring new ideas to the platform and improve functionality. This role will involve communicating with various stakeholders and an external partner to deliver an effective wider strategy. With a large user base, you will be handling the day-to-day maintenance responsibilities whilst leading projects to improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Experience working as a Senior Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst in a collaborative business environment.
• Applying strong interpersonal skills to proactively drive continuous development of the Salesforce platform through staff training, increased data quality, and increasing internal capabilities.

Skills and experience

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Comprehensive experience working as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of the business analysis function
• Experience using service cloud
• Strong collaboration, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Desire to progress further in the Salesforce ecosystem
