Salesforce Administrator Apprentice at Wilmington
Description
As a part of Wilmington's Salesforce Administration and Support team, you'll provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users to drive adoption and best practice in Salesforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in handling inquiries from Salesforce users and act as an interface between the users and the Salesforce Support Team!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log and track inquiries and requests
- Set up and train Salesforce users, cleanse and prepare data for upload
- Provide First Line Support to Wilmington Business Users through Jira
- Resolve incidents at first contact
- Data quality management
- Provide necessary information to Business Users
- Implement knowledge management
- Ensure Service Requests handling are implemented in accordance with guidelines
- Document/update Service Request procedures
- Monitor usage and advocate best practice
- Monitor data quality and integrity and perform data tasks (such as de-duping and data cleansing)
- Assist in the production of user guides
- Assist in the maintenance of system documentation
- Provide post-deployment support
- Contribute to driving adoption
- Assist in the development of training plans
Entry Requirements
You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.
