Role

The Salesforce Administrator role will involve producing reports, dashboards, and innovating processes to enhance user experience. You will be joining an enthusiastic new team where Salesforce has been recently implemented, as the organisation moves away from Oracle. Therefore, this will be a unique opportunity to work with key stakeholders and use your exceptional interpersonal skills to capture their requirements and help to design and support new applications and systems. With over 5 million members who are part of their charity, you will make an impact through improving functionality and become a valued member in the team towards the ongoing development of Salesforce and any future products that are introduced.

Key responsibilities

• Experience working as a Salesforce administrator in a collaborative business environment.
• Applying strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders. and wider Salesforce team to improve applications and systems.
• Supporting ISV applications connected with Salesforce.
• Install, configure, oversee, and investigate database related issues.

Skills and experience

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Comprehensive experience working as a Salesforce Administrator with strong hands on configuration skills
• Experience using Service Cloud, Salesforce Shield and ideally Nonprofit Success Pack
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Robust understanding of GDPR
• Desire to progress further in the Salesforce ecosystem
