We are seeking a highly motivated, and passionate, Salesforce Administrator. You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark by working on a variety of projects, industries, and with different types of customers.
You’ll be laser-focused on helping grow the business, through the management of monthly service contracts and assisting with project implementation.
Working with senior management, responsibilities will include:
- Managing customers on monthly support customers
- Responding to cases adhering to customer SLAs
- Handling tasks either solo or as part of a team on project implementations
- Daily case reporting and management
- Taking first-line customer service calls
- Working with the management and consultants to create solutions for customer issues
Candidate Specification
Formal Education and Certification Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (must have)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (beneficial)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification (beneficial)
Knowledge and Experience
- Understanding of all out-of-the-box configuration aspects of Salesforce CRM
- Experience in managing customers via phone calls and email
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
