Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Administrator leads service delivery for the administration and development of Conagra's Salesforce cloud platforms (Service, Sales and Marketing). You will improve processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. You will work with functional leaders, business and technical solution architects, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and deploy new business capabilities. This combines responsibilities of a technical project manager, system administrator, and Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will execute the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Conagra Salesforce platform.


You Will:

  • Manage Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service clouds technical service delivery; execute daily configuration, secondary level support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities and approach including monitoring, tuning, caching, reports and dashboards, workflows and other system integrations or data feeds supporting other important business processes
  • Oversight of offshore incident management/production support team that has accountability for researching, debugging, monitoring and analysis of software and system problems or incidents
  • Support offshore support team with escalated or critical incident resolution
  • Manage regular internal system audits and preparation for patching and upgrades
  • Work to establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist product team with scoping, delivery approach, and requirements gathering
  • Partner with solution architects to design and implement integrated systems solutions to technical and business problems
  • Model, recommend, and present creative solutions while collaborating with and guiding other IT employees
  • Oversee efforts across the full systems development lifecycle including development of technical and system security specifications, configuration of applications and development, testing and implementation of computer programs
  • Remain current on industry specific technologies and new trends


You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degree with a high-level understanding of supply chain business processes
  • 5+ years' experience in Information Technology or relevant experience
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Experience with Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Expertise in design and implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud processes and technical solutions
  • Build custom applications using declarative functionality (Formula Fields, Flows, List Views, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Working knowledge with Social Studio, Communities and Digital Experience preferred
  • Experience designing and implementing new processes that facilitate user adoption
  • Understand and explain complex requirements
  • Data management abilities including design of integrations with other business systems and external technology vendors and suppliers
  • Experience with delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the architecture and design
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Documented experience and success implementing more than three large-scale IT solutions
  • Experience working with systems integrators, external vendors, and IT outsourcers
  • Desire to mentor less experienced team members and develop their skills
  • Salesforce Certifications: [Register to View] Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified required
