Salesforce Administrator Apprentice at Gungho Marketing

Description

Gungho Marketing is a well-established and rapidly growing business-to-business marketing agency headquartered in Poundbury, Dorchester with offices globally in the UK and USA. They work with exciting and dynamic international technology companies, who engage their services to drive sales acceleration and growth programmes in Europe, Asia-Pacific & the Americas. Gungho offer extensive and ongoing internal training, along with specialist external coaching and operates on a 10-hour day, four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator Apprentice will provide essential day-to-day management, assistance and support for the Gungho Salesforce CRM. This position reports directly to the Salesforce Administrator and supports the Operations Directors and Managers with Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Moving users between campaigns
  • Data manipulation by Data Loader/Data Wizard (Importing/exporting and/or effectively and accurately marking up records)
  • Building and maintaining lists, reports & dashboards for the calling team
  • Creating new users in Salesforce and making changes when required
  • Weekly admin/housekeeping tasks such as adding new data to campaigns (to be directed by Salesforce Administrator)
  • Track and monitor the storage capacity of Salesforce and alert before capacity reaches 90%

Supporting the Salesforce Administrator with the following:

  • Importing contacts and accounts
  • Building and maintaining dashboards
  • Building and maintaining List Views
  • Merging duplicate contacts/accounts
  • Proactive Salesforce optimization and innovation – be aware of Salesforce updates and add-ons
  • Quickly solving any login/password issues etc.
  • Offboarding of clients – remove any trace within Salesforce.com.
  • Analysis of data set
  • Exporting reports
  • Investigate and fix bugs/issues in Salesforce
  • Monitor for user errors within Salesforce
  • Manage and maintain any suppression files required under the regulatory policy and any client do not call lists

Entry Requirements

  • You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.
  • You will need to be a commutable distance to the office location.

Additional information

  • Salary will rise to £23,000 per annum upon completion of Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Salary will rise to £25,000 - £30,000 per annum once apprenticeship complete
