Salesforce Administrator Apprentice at Wilmington


Wilmington are looking for a Salesforce Administrator Apprentice to join their team in London! As part of a Salesforce Administration and Support team, you will provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users to drive adoption and best practice in Salesforce. You will also receive enquiries from Salesforce users and ensure enquiries are logged as well as act as an interface between the users and the Salesforce Support Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log and track enquiries and requests
  • Responsible for Service Requests and service queries, including but not only setting up and training Salesforce users, cleansing and preparing data for upload
  • Provide First Line Support to Wilmington Business Users through Jira
  • Aim to resolve as many incidents at first contact, passing on the remainder to Support Executives
  • Salesforce Administration & data quality management
  • Ensure Business Users have all necessary information provided to them in an efficient manner
  • Implement knowledge management best practices in accordance with standards and procedures defined by The Salesforce Support Manager
  • To ensure that Service Requests handling is implemented in accordance with guidelines established by the Salesforce Support Manager
  • Ensure that Service requests handling and Service Level Agreements is being adhered to
  • Document and update Service Request procedures
  • Work with businesses to monitor usage and advocate best practice
  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity and perform data tasks such as de-duping and data cleansing
  • Assist in the production of user guides
  • Assist in the maintenance of system documentation
  • Provide post-deployment support
  • Contribute to driving adoption
  • Assist in the development of training plans

Entry Requirements

  • You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.
  • You will need to be a commutable distance from the office location listed.
