Salesforce Administrator Apprentice at Golfbreaks


Description

As a Salesforce Administrator Apprentice, you will play an essential role in the Salesforce Team, supporting internal Golfbreaks employees. The team is responsible for analysing, designing, building, and enhancing the business applications platform.


Throughout your time at Golfbreaks, you will be provided with formal as well as internal training, which will complement the R&D time you are also given during the working week for independent learning. This, together with exposure to all areas of the business, will give you a solid and comprehensive background.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will gain exposure to all business areas as you provide first-line support, assist with strategic projects and deliver end-user training. The candidate best suited for this role would have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a systematic approach to problem-solving. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where no one day is the same, a tenacious attitude and an eagerness to learn will be a significant advantage to the candidate.


Tasks will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce team to global user base
  • Ensuring that all requests are accurately logged
  • Setting up and maintaining users
  • Helping preserve data integrity across integrated systems
  • Assisting with ongoing project tasks, including Salesforce deployments and testing
  • Understanding the business ecosystem as a whole
  • Fostering excellent relationships with individuals in the company to facilitate collaboration
  • Creating and maintaining Salesforce-related documentation
  • Communicating with suppliers to support integrated systems
  • Nurturing personal development and applying your knowledge to the business environment.


Entry Requirements

  • You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.
  • You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
