What you will do

You will be responsible for deploying and supporting sales tools within [Register to View] Sales Cloud and Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ) (collectively SFDC) that enable our commercial teams to “sell more” and “sell faster.” You will work closely with functional leaders and commercial teams to deploy and support new processes and functionality on SFDC. Beyond supporting the launch and roll out of new technologies, another critical component will be the ongoing maintenance to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement over time. You will also be responsible for day-to-day basic troubleshooting, user account maintenance, addressing user questions, collecting enhancement requests, identifying new training needs, system performance monitoring and supporting the business through the regular release cycle.

Individual Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

  • Develop trusted partnerships with IT and the business (Commercial, Finance, Operations)

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and Commercial to build and deploy Salesforce CPQ configuration automation

  • Foster greater CRM adoption and improve internal customer experience on an ongoing basis

  • Provide ongoing support of the CPQ application, monitor commercial opportunities and identify gaps, and propose system enhancements

  • Develop training programs and/or communication for end users on deployment of new dashboards and tools ensuring strong change management and adoption protocols

  • Provide ongoing support of Sales Managers through creation of management dashboards

  • Lead and perform regression and user acceptance testing efforts with initial technology deployment and future enhancement releases

  • Coordinate preparedness and ensure implementation of business data loads across different functional teams

  • Drive data cleansing activities during deployment cycle by collaborating with local and national data owners; provide guidance on how to maintain post deployment

  • Serve as the communication channel between IT and the business/end users regarding the technology, issue identification/resolution, implementation, enhancements, etc.

  • Responsible for helping to onboard new users and maintain users after the initial launch including applying different user accessibility/visibility within the system

  • Provide initial troubleshooting for user issues and escalate for resolution as needed

  • Develop training plan and partner with super users to ensure that training is completed, collect feedback for training improvements and maintain training materials so that they remain current

  • Engage appropriate stakeholders to define requirements, testing, and creating proper procedures

  • Manage communication with Users when there are system or performance issues, upcoming releases, tips and tricks, etc.

  • Ensure that system issues are submitted via the appropriate process and collaborate with IT to ensure timely resolution

  • Understand, collect, author and execute business requirements and testing scenarios

  • Coordinate and participate in system testing with business super users

  • Develop and maintain project and process documentation

  • Collect and help to prioritize enhancement requests; coordinate appropriate communication with the business users to help keep them informed

  • Drives decisions on design requirements, final standards, business processes, go-no go, etc.

  • Work collaboratively across the organization to understand related applications, make recommendations, and define/document development requirements as needed

  • Build strong relationships with Europe business enablement team to engage in best practice exchange on SFDC

  • Actively participate in the Bi-weekly SFDC Governance calls with other Stryker divisions including license allocation and maintenance across Divisions

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and manage projects to a timely conclusion

  • Works well under pressure to meet tight timelines without compromising accuracy

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – able to relay technical information to functional users and business information to technical experts

  • Experience with process/workflow mapping and demonstrated basic project management skillsets including change management

  • Ability to think outside the box

  • Strong Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with all levels of management and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders

  • Highly proactive and action oriented with a willingness to drive improvements and change

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

  • Good understanding of business processes

What you need

  • University Degree required

  • 4 years’ experience required

  • Previous experience and knowledge of all aspects of CPQ preferred

  • Salesforce Business Admin Certificate or equivalent experience preferred, can provide on the job training and certification support for the right candidate

  • Familiarity with Stryker technology platforms such as [Register to View] Oracle, PowerBI, etc. preferred
