Combining Salesforce knowledge, consulting experience and business analyst strengths, we want you to be the conduit for multiple exciting Salesforce transformation projects, applying your expertise to determine technical Salesforce solutions and proactively cultivating working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including your project team, colleagues, customers and our leadership team.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, and setting a tone of mission driven service excellence that demonstrates self reliance, self empowerment and self responsibility, you will work closely with our customers to be a source of knowledge, technique or expertise, navigating through the variety of challenges from defining customer strategies, modelling the business from the outside-in, refining business processes and culture to implement customer focused solutions with Salesforce.
- Salesforce experience in functional design & config
- Exceptional business analysis and consulting experience
- Solid understanding of agile project management fundamentals
