Steadman Brown have partnered exclusively with an award winning Tech company on the forefront of driving change within the way retail businesses work. Our client is going through a period of exponential growth and is looking to create an internal Salesforce practice within the business, and in doing so are looking to bring in a number of new people including an experienced, internal Salesforce Consultant to lead on systems development whilst still being in a business facing role.
About the position..
As their go to Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in the team. Being responsible for advising, scoping, designing, building and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions fit to serve the businesses Salesforce plans. As Salesforce is still in its early stages of development. They only have Service implemented but are planning on rolling out Sales, as well as Marketing cloud.
Key requirements / skills / qualifications..
The responsibilities include but are not limited to: -

Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and identify their needs.

Using declarative tools (Process Builders and Flows) to build and configure solutions on Salesforce.

Creating automations and improving the capabilities of salesforce for the users.

Take ownership of the company’s 3rd party applications.

Work closely and collaborate with the Marketing Cloud specialist and development team.
