An exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesforce Consultant to join a growing, boutique Salesforce consultancy.

This thriving company has a large project pipeline and is looking for a passionate Junior Consultant to come and really kickstart their Salesforce career and grow within this dynamic business.

This organisation specialises in Salesforce CRM implementations for small and medium businesses, as well as providing ongoing training and support for their customers.

In this position, you will play a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. From requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing, all the way through to post-implementation training and support.

You will possess the following skills/experience:

• Strong communicator
• Relationship building and management
• Passion and drive for a career in Salesforce
• Ambitious and passionate about self-development
• A Salesforce Cert/Trailhead Badges is desirable, but a keen desire to work within Salesforce is more important.

You will be provided with the training and time to complete Salesforce Certs and really develop as a Salesforce professional.

Your salary will begin at £28,000, rising to £30,000 upon completion of the Pardot Administrator Certification, and further rising to £32,000 upon completion of your first solo project.

The role is based in Chelmsford, and you will be expected to be in the office full time to begin, flexibility to work from home will be discussed after an initial probation period.
