As a Functional Consultant, you will be using your extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform every day on a variety of challenging engagements, some of which will be large multi-currency/multi-country rollouts. You will be working closely with client stakeholders to understand their processes and gather business requirements. You will then work with technical colleagues to build POCs before delivering a final solution that could be used by thousands of users!

This consultancy is looking for ambitious, passionate, innovative individuals who can work well as part of a team and who can bring new ideas to solve clients' business problems. Good experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) is required and you will have worked on at least 1 full, end-to-end implementation project where you have operated as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager. Salesforce Certifications would be advantageous and previous client-facing experience is definitely preferred but candidates working at end-users will also be considered.

You may currently be working for a Salesforce partner but are perhaps not getting access to big projects or the career acceleration that you expected or you may be working at an end-user where you have played a key role in delivering a major Salesforce project and are looking to step into consultancy.

You can be based anywhere in the UK, but you will need the flexibility to occasionally travel and work on client sites. This business is taking a safe and sensible approach to travel and the expectations are there will be lots of flexibility post-pandemic.
