Client Lead (Account Manager)


We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Client Lead to join our growing team. Xsmths has a focus on growing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud business in EMEA across all industry verticals. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is the world's most powerful digital marketing platform letting you connect to customers in a whole new way.

As a Client Lead, you will drive business opportunities through the end to end sales cycle engaging with senior business and IT / Marketing executives within the assigned customer base. Your main focus will be to manage existing and new customers.

We look for individuals who are hungry, forward-thinking and intelligent, with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex enterprise and more transactional deals.
You will be working in a collaborative, innovative and growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
  • Consult with customers on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform to create solutions that will help them reach their business goals
  • You will support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business whilst expanding existing accounts.
  • Support the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solution Architects and Technical Architects
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen the client relationship
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and pipeline planning

Minimum Requirements

  • Broad-based business professional with 5+ years of account management experience at a digital marketing agency or similar
  • Proven ability to interact with senior client decision makers, building confidence to deliver on strategic projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of Martech and Adtech environments
  • Strong analytic skills to understand previous successes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
