At Idealist Consulting, we are innovators and problem-solvers committed to global progressive action. We help organizations grow through Salesforce implementation, marketing automation, and custom application development. Idealist Consulting has been B Corp Certified since 2008.

  • Select and implement third-party solutions and applications as needed per project
  • Coordinate implementation schedules, resources, and on-time deliverables, especially when a dedicated Project Manager has not been assigned
  • Use PM tools and AGILE project management methodologies to elevate communication, maintain quality, and keep projects within scope
  • Move essential data while maintaining data hygiene and upkeep best practices including deduplication, owner changes, and accurate permission sets
  • Drive user adoption and educate clients and administrators on project phases, system functionality, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem

Your Background Includes:

  • Baseline Expectation:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • 2+ years Salesforce administration with strong declarative design skills and the ability to deliver customer-driven solutions

    • Creative and analytical thinking with a passion for solving customer problems with software solutions
  • Extra Credit:
    • Multiple Salesforce certifications, especially Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
    • Strong familiarity with nonprofit business processes, such as fundraising, donor relations, and program management
    • Experience managing projects or engaging in projects with technical and cross-functional components
What You Can Expect:
