About the position..
Our client is looking to bring a Salesforce Team Lead/ Manager into the business to lead the Salesforce team and own the Salesforce function, which consists of Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud (B2B). As the Salesforce Manager you will manage the Salesforce Administrators and full stack Developers whilst being the go to and face of Salesforce to the stakeholders in the business. The successful Salesforce Manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing the Salesforce team (leading, mentoring and coaching) - Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Continually look for ways to improve the RoI for Salesforce.
Work in a hands on capacity in regards to scoping, designing and deploying features of salesforce.
Key requirements / skills / qualifications..
The successful Salesforce Manager must hold at least the Salesforce ADM201 Administrator Certification and have a proven track record working in a managerial role, where you had direct line management responsibilities. Experience working on Service Cloud is also essential, as well as having strong communication skills in order build relationships with stakeholders. It is Desirable but not essential the Salesforce Manager holds the Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications. Having experience working on Commerce Cloud will also be advantageous.

On offer for the successful Salesforce Manager is a salary of up to £65,000 per annum as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a generous holiday allowance, bonus and discount scheme.
