Location: Full-Time Remote(US Territory) or Brentwood, TN

The Salesforce (CRM) Manager will be a player & coach who will work with administrators, developers, and key stakeholders to keep us aligned and focused on our organizations objectives. This role will have a critical impact on our business by providing input on efficient and scalable operations across our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Community Cloud implementation. As a manager, you'll manage the day-to-day activities of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Manager will be responsible for planning, coordination and oversight of our Salesforce development, releases, patches, testing and emergency change requests. The Manager will help drive definition and evolution of SDLC processes and support automation that optimizes efficiency and quality while meeting the demands of rapid growth and operational complexity.


  • Partner with executives and key stakeholders to understand functional requirements of [Register to View] features and functionality and to document requirements for configuring, testing, and launching new CRM solutions.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a group of Salesforce Administrators & Developers using Kanban and a Continuous Delivery methodology.
  • Manage QA/testing of deliverables
  • Build solutions, system configurations and documentation with respect to user permissions, custom objects & fields, validation rules, automations and page layouts.
  • Define and prepare KPIs and metrics that clearly demonstrate quality, velocity, and capacity of the SDLC process.
  • Develop coding, configuration and testing standards and participate in code and testing reviews to ensure appropriate patterns are followed.
  • Manage and optimize our [Register to View] tech stack for the evolving needs of our Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Finance & Legal business partners.
  • Review and plan for [Register to View] releases including reviewing release notes in a timely manner, addressing any caveats or required/recommended changes and develop a plan to implement required/recommended changes.
  • Team management: Recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, daily management, KPI and Metrics reviews.


  • Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Dev I & II
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, specifically in a CRM Manager, Salesforce administrator, developer, or business analyst capacity with technical implementation and day to day operations experience.
  • Progressively responsible experience in a Business Systems role, providing hands-on recommendations for process and systems improvement, while undertaking various development projects.
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments and managing distribution and deployment of changes

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail. Must be able to review others processes, configurations, workflows, etc. for vulnerabilities and potential downstream impacts.


  1. Bachelors degree
  2. Direct leadership of an agile development team
  3. Experience using Pardot preferred
  4. Experience building custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, Lightning experience, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  5. Preference for a candidate with experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  6. Experience administering High Velocity Sales, CPQ, Community Cloud, TaskRay, DocuSign, Duplicate Check, Nintex DocGen or HubSpot preferred
