CRM Manager

Strong customer relationships drive sales. Our client is looking for a CRM manager to implement a strategy that builds those relationships by nurturing prospects, generating new sales and driving repeat bookings and referrals.

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for the overall execution of our client’s CRM strategy, building its effectiveness to maximise the lifetime value of each of their guests. This includes:

  • Managing a CRM system that enables them to nurture prospects, generate new sales, drive repeat bookings and referrals and re-engage lapsed guests
  • Developing and delivering CRM campaigns through existing channels and seeking opportunities to use new channels
  • Managing the end-to-end customer communication strategy, developing engaging, impactful, and personalised campaigns that are on-brand, delight their customers and support their commercial objectives.
  • Reporting on trading activity and promotional messaging, customer experience and engagement across the business
  • Working as part of the project team to drive their segmentation project
  • Supporting the sales & operations team by developing and enhancing the sales communications strategy
  • Supporting the Head of CRM to set and achieve annual targets and objectives and to manage the CRM team

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Marketing degree or similar
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a similar business
  • Experience of managing and inspiring a small team
  • Commercially astute and driven by delivering to targets
  • Adept at managing stakeholders to bring about change – we’re a business going through transformation, so the ability to influence change is crucial
  • Able to adapt your methodology and mindset positively to changing circumstances

It’s the icing on the cake if you have leadership qualifications, but this is not essential so do apply even if you don’t tick this additional box.
