Location: Hemel Hempstead – Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days remote

eCRM Executive

Strong customer relationships drive sales. Our client is looking for an eCRM Executive to help build those relationships by nurturing prospects, generating new sales and driving repeat bookings and referrals, through the implementation of their eCRM strategy.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working as part of the CRM team managing the CRM system in order to maximise the lifetime value of each of the guests. This includes:

  • Helping to manage a CRM system that enables to nurture prospects, generate new sales, drive repeat bookings and referrals and re-engage lapsed guests
  • Developing our client’s weekly emails and SMS comms in line with their trading requirements
  • Assisting in developing and delivering CRM campaigns through existing channels and seeking opportunities to use new channels
  • Supporting the end-to-end customer communication strategy, developing engaging, impactful, and personalised campaigns that are on-brand, delight our customers and support our commercial objectives
  • Reporting on trading activity and promotional messaging, customer experience and engagement across the business
  • Working as part of the project team to drive the segmentation project
  • Supporting the sales & operations team by helping to develop and enhance the sales communications strategy

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Marketing degree or similar
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and an understanding of marketing within a similar business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A clear and collaborative communication style within a team and across teams
  • Motivated by delivering against targets
  • Able to adapt your methodology and mindset positively to changing circumstances
