- Support Tier 1 & 2 support teams to resolve challenging escalated issues
- Work with Architect to create (POC) solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce development including Apex and Visualforce
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration
- Minimum 4 years of experience with software development
- Working knowledge of SOAP and REST data transmission protocols
- Demonstrated deep technical knowledge with the following:
- Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model for declarative functionality versus apex infrastructure.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud including Journeys, integrations, data extensions and building email templates
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Current Certification for Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Gearset
- Experience with Five9
