Salesforce Solutions Lead - £55k-£65k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits / Lots of flex to work remote

Fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce Solutions Lead to join a growing Salesforce team at a market-leading, global financial services organisation.

Working as part of this thriving, agile Salesforce team and you will take responsibility for the estimation, design, build, and delivery of large-scale enterprise Salesforce solutions across the UK business.

You will work on projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, validate, elaborate, and clarify requirements. You will orchestrate project delivery teams and provide rough budget estimates before the beginning of the project.

Day-to-day you’ll be contributing to testing and assurance activities – such as unit testing, defect investigation, and resolution, as well as end-to-end acceptance testing. You will also identify solutions in the wider Salesforce ecosystem that would help address projects within the business.

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure they are meeting the required standards and project obligations, alongside line managing direct reports in the Salesforce team and helping to mentor and develop junior members of the team.

This global organisation is looking for someone who can bring strong knowledge and experience across programmatic development and declarative configuration.

Essential Experience:

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce solution development experience
  • Effective working in dynamic team-orientated environments
  • Track record of delivering quality Salesforce solutions
  • Use of modern software engineering tools and practices – DevOps, CI/CD etc
  • Strong communicator at all levels – written, oral, and interpersonal
  • Good team management skills

This is a mostly remote based role, with one day a week in the office – either in Swindon or Fareham, but there is lots of flexibility on offer for the right candidate.

Excellent training and career progression is also on offer with a route to Architect possible if that is where you want to take your career.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 as well as excellent benefits including an annual bonus, generous 12% non-contributory pension, private medical contribution, 25 days holiday plus perks such as virtual GP appointments, free flu jab, and other flexible benefits.
