Job Description

Experienced Salesforce Developer required (ideally 3+ years’ experience) for a Salesforce Developer position within a market leading fund management business, managing over £30 billion of assets. You will work on multiple projects using Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud as well as enhancing a mature Salesforce org structure.

The role will involve working on custom builds, custom integrations, making improvements to existing production instance as well as building new innovative solutions. In addition, you will play a key role in the company’s migration from classic to lightning, commencing towards the end of 2022.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing for the move from classic to lightning
  • Building innovative solutions for retail and institutional investment areas
  • Making ongoing improvements to existing solutions
  • Refactoring of Experience cloud portal
  • Working on integrations with Tableau/Einstein Analytics and Seismic
  • Create custom configurations using Apex and Visualforce

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience of developing custom solutions using Sales and Service Cloud (Apex and Visualforce) is essential
  • Knowledge on Community Cloud/Experience Cloud and Marketing Clouds is preferrable
  • A background of working in banking, investment management/fund management or wider financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrable experience of working closely with stakeholders or decision makers
  • Experience of LWC (Lightning Web Components) would be beneficial
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computing, Sciences or similar subject would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

This will be an exciting and challenging role but will be extremely rewarding as you will be working amongst a small yet a friendly team, with a competitive benefits package. The role will be hybrid, and you will be expected to work in the London office 2 days a week.

The company has an established global user base, with an expansion currently happening in Europe within their institutional business. You will be working with the marketing, sales and distribution teams, as well as the stakeholders.
