Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in data migration and Experience Cloud development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, solutions, and integrations.
- Lead and execute complex data migration projects, ensuring seamless transition of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to confirm requirements, agree user stories, understand business processes, and provide technical recommendations.
- Develop Experience Cloud solutions, leveraging declarative features and custom components to create engaging user interfaces and personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure best practices, code quality, and optimal system performance.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and integrations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience in planning and executing data migration projects within the Salesforce platform.
- Strong expertise in Experience Cloud development, including creating custom templates, components, and lightning pages.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant is preferred.
- DevOps, Change and Release management experience is welcomed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
