Role Overview:
As a Salesforce QA Tester with expertise in data migration and Experience Cloud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our Salesforce applications. Your focus on data integrity and user experience will be key to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the project team to understand use case/ requirements and design test cases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Verify data integrity and accuracy during data migration processes, ensuring successful transfer from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Test Experience Cloud solutions to validate user interfaces, navigation, security, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the design and enhancement of test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential vulnerabilities and improve application robustness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Provide accurate and timely status updates on testing progress and issues to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce QA Tester.
- Proven experience in testing data migration processes within the Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in testing Experience Cloud solutions, including user interfaces and personalized experiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, functionality, and limitations.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile working practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Associate, Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
