(Archived) Salesforce Project Coordinator

The role

Combining Salesforce knowledge, consulting experience and PM strengths, we want you to be the conduit for multiple exciting Salesforce transformation projects, applying your expertise to project manage multiple end to end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet company standards and proactively cultivating working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including your project team, colleagues, customers and our leadership team.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, and setting a tone of mission driven service excellence that demonstrates self reliance, self empowerment and self responsibility, you will work closely with our customers to:

• Build strong relationships with customers to support the delivery of projects
• Establish end to end project plans and approaches for each project
• Manage project documentation and communication
• Providing regular project status reports and facilitate project meetings
• Support the project team with design and/or configuration expertise

Someone exceptional! You enjoy working in a consulting environment, you don’t miss a detail when managing projects end to end’ your number one goal is producing outstanding results. You’re an analytical decision maker, super organised and have the ability to build strong relationships. You understand the responsive needs of the customer and have an adaptable and flexible approach.

• Solid understanding and experience of agile project management fundamentals across technology rollouts
• Salesforce configuration and functional design experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Preferred)
• Experience working in a consulting business
• Experience leading project teams to achieve excellence of project delivery
• Incredible customer focused mindset
• Engaging, professional & articulate communication style
