(Archived) Salesforce Project Manager

We are working with a Leading Salesforce partner in the Media & Retail world. They are breaking records of growth year on year yet have kept the ‘family feel’ that comes with joining boutique Consultancy.

After another successful quarter, they’re looking to expand on the Project management practice and hire a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for leading, and owning, their biggest customers and engagements.

These projects are often multi-cloud transformations for enterprise Media & Retail companies, that are either implementing or transforming Salesforce on a global scale.

This is a crucial hire to the business, and your role will be contributing to creating the governance and structure within the PM practice, for the entire company.

This role will naturally grow into a leadership position once the PM practice grows.

The perfect candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment – preferably within a consultancy

• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience delivering large projects, for enterprise companies

• Ability to articulate themselves to employees of all seniority

• Experience using Jira as your main PM tool

• Experience budgeting Projects

• Experience with estimating resource needs

• Experience with determining project timeframes

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
