Senior Salesforce Project Manager

To support our growth objectives, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our UK team. This is no ordinary PM – you will be part of our leadership team shaping our methodology, defining how we deliver innovation and leading a growing team of Project Managers. Of course, you will also have a strong client focus and manage our most important and complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of large projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Establish relationships and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Effectively manage budget, schedule, nearshore and offshore team, risk and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Lead the Project Manager community and provide coaching and guidance to the team.
• Work with leadership to ensure consistency of methodology and delivery success across our delivery projects.

Must have requirements:

• 5+ years experience managing Salesforce (SF) projects, as part of a reputable SF Consulting Partner.
• Excellent communication skills, conveying your message clearly, concisely and accurately.
• You must be well-organised and detail oriented with strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Have experience delivering moderate to high complexity projects profitably.
• Previous experience working with near shore or offshore delivery teams.
