Job Description
This is a fully remote opportunity
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with Salesforce products and platform. Lighting experience is preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Advanced Certification (preferred)
- Certification in Agile methodology (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining Salesforce operations, data integrity, project management to drive initiative around platform updates, new configurations, applications and integrations with other solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing users, data, and security in a Salesforce org (single and multi-org structures) with 1,000+ users
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data integrity, reporting capability, and process efficiency
- Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing operational maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test strategy (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling)
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between Salesforce and other FDIC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage coordination with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (written and verbal)
