Senior Solutions Architect

The ideal Senior Solutions Architect will be curious, mission-driven, self-reliant and eager to learn. This individual will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to help guide strategic technical direction. This position is part of the Leadership Team and as such, this individual will manage a team and contribute to the strategic direction of the delivery process. Candidates should be comfortable guiding enterprise architecture and communicating at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with clients
• Clearly articulate technical details and considerations to non-technical stakeholders
• Design performant solutions on the Salesforce platform for projects that range in complexity from relatively small projects to enterprise architectures that include multiple clouds, multiple integrations, and large data volumes.
• Technical leadership of projects, including sprint and resource management
• Provide recommendations to clients on third party applications and lead client evaluation discussions
• Determine and implement project lifecycle strategies
• Estimate and support data migration efforts
• Provide ad hoc technical assistance to team members across the organization
• Support of Solution Engineering, validating and contributing to estimates (15-20%)
• Mentor other architects and serve as a technical escalation point for delivery team members
• Manage members of the technical delivery team
• Work with the Chief Strategy Officer to guide the technical strategy of the firm

Required Experience/Credentials

• In depth knowledge of the Nonprofit Cloud suite of products
• Experience with human services use cases
• Managerial experience
• Experience Cloud experience
• Familiarity with SFDX, CI, Git, and other deployment lifecycle management tools
• Highly competent in Salesforce access and identity management. Can lead client security discussions and design performant security models for complex situations
• Deep understanding of the declarative capabilities of the Force.com platform
• At least 1 architect-level Salesforce Certification
• Nonprofit Cloud Certification
