In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various Salesforce multi-cloud projects and collaborate with innovative European companies within the financial services, real estate, travel & transportation and health care industries, among others. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be in charge of designing and developing the right solution to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations and become the person our clients turn to when facing the most complex challenges. Your Skills
- 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer Salesforce projects and consulting business.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Experience in agile project delivery and working as part of a team of highly skilled Salesforce functional and technical developers.
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service-Oriented Architecture, integration background, and end-to-end implementation.
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, APIs, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in setting up integrations with other platforms.
- Own the Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Own the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Owning Salesforce Sales Cloud or Sales Service Cloud certification would be a plus.
- Extensive and profound knowledge of the technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex.
- Experience with the Lightning Framework.
- Experience with Integration capabilities like Change Data Capture, Platform Events, SOAP and Rest API.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German is highly desirable.
Your Tasks
- As a Salesforce Technical Architect at EMPAUA, you will be responsible for using Agile methodologies to deliver Salesforce (Multi) Cloud projects.
- Designing the solution of the project and issuing a blueprint.
- Designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Relaying the designs, and the documentation in our Salesforce.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales, scoping, estimations
- Communicating changes of scope to the Account Manager and Lead Link as they arise.
- Clearly communicating with the Packager if a project has reusable components (Data Model, Automations, Development) that could be packaged for future projects.
- Having an eye for detail and quickly producing high-quality presentations and design documents.
- Leading workshops to gather requirements and define client needs.
- Delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Training and upskilling users.
- Managing data.
- Managing development in APIs, integrations, and scripting languages.
- Drawing architecture and flow documentation.
- Drawing wireframes and mock-ups (web/mobile).
